Capacity Building Programme and inputs distribution under TSP.
Activities:
-Honorable Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, ICAR DDG (Horticulture), New Delhi participated in this programme and distributed IIHR technological products (AMC, Banana special, mango special, vegetable special and vegetable seeds, etc.,)
-Two training manuals have been released by Honorable ICAR DDG (Horticulture) (Nursery Management and Palmyrah & its value addition).
-Lecture was delivered on banana, moringa crop cultivation IIHR technologies to farmers by Dr.R. Senthil Kumar and Dr. R.Sankar Principal Scientists, IIHR, Bengaluru.
No of beneficiaries: 50 farmers from Akkanayekanpatti village of Ottapidaram block.
