Inaugural ceremony of PM KISAN

Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated PM Kisan Yojana in       Uttar Pradesh. The programme was telecasted on live all over the India. In Thoothukudi ICAR SCAD KVK had arranged a live telecast of the event to the farmers in KVK premises.

          In this event, Thoothukudi Lok Shaba MP Mr. Thiyagaraja Natterjee presided and interacted with farmers. SCAD Rural Development Director Mr.Ananth delivered felicitation address. Then Dr.V.Srinivasan SSH, KVK has explained about PM-KISAN Yojana.

          The farmers has witnessed live telecast of Manki Bath. Prime Minister inaugurated PM KISAN Yojana and explained about various schemes of his Government.

          In the end, farmers had interacted with the scientist of KVK and visited various demo units in KVK. About 120 farmers participated in the event. Mr. Murugan Scientist, KVK delivered vote of thanks.
